Tones made a good start to their league campaign with a fine win in Longwood.

Leading 1-08 to 1-06 at half time they built on that in the second half to win by six points. Well done to Fergus Keelan and Sean Barrett who played their first adult game and acquitted themselves well, in particular Meath u20 panellist Barret, who contributed a handsome six points.
