Seán Barry and Seán Kelly have been appointed as joint managers of the Castletown intermediate footballers for the 2026 season.
The vastly experienced managerial duo, who led Navan O'Mahony's to their breakthrough Keegan Cup success in 2008, and, more recently, guided Hunterstown Rovers to the Louth IFC title, take over from Justin Carry Lynch, who was in charge of Castletown this year as they reached the intermediate decider for the first time since 2007.
Meanwhile, double All-Ireland winner Donal Curtis is the new Bective manager. The Rathkenny clubman will be assisted by Davy Cahill.
