
Meath get their National Hurling League Division 2 campaign up and running on January 24th against London. These two met in Trim last April in the opening round of the Christy Ring Cup with the visitors running out comfortable winners on a 5-18 to 0-21 scoreline. It will be a quick turn around for Royal followers to make the trip to Croke Park for the opening round of the football.
Johnny Greville's men have a bye in round 2 before a short trip to Mullingar to face neighbours Westmeath.
The Royals finish out the campaign with a home game against Kerry.
The top two teams contest the Roinn 2 final, with the first-placed team having home venue.
The top two teams are promoted to Roinn 1B.
The bottom two teams are relegated to Roinn 3.
