March 18, 2025

Drumbaragh's Shea McManus

Drumbaragh Emmets 1-21 Gael Colmcille 3-08

A solid start to Drumbaraghs Meath GAA Division 4 League campaign with a 7-point win over Gaeil Colmcille second string in Grangegodden on Sunday morning.

Some fine performances from Rob Wall's charges with Shea Mc Manus, Tomás Doogan dominant in midfield. The bulk of the Drums scores coming from Hughie Corcoran (0-09) and Jake Madden (1-03), both razor sharp in front of goal.

All made possible by a solid team performance built from the back by Harry O Higgins, John Morrissey, Luke Fagan and Stephen Meegan

Congratulations to our new recruits Adam O'Brien, Evan Petit Demange and Jake Madden, who didn't look out of place making their league debuts in the adult grade.

Thanks to our hosts for a competitive tussle. Next up for Drumbaragh is Nobber in Round 2.
