The Meath Football Development Committee was tasked with a planning application for a new gym in Dunganny that could cater for two intercounty teams as the present gym is insufficient for present needs.

Chairman Jason Plunkett informed delegates that full planning permission had been granted and that the Football Development Committee were presently working on a funding model for the new gym and it was hoped that work on the project would start in 2025.

County vice chairman Paddy Kelly outlined details of a hurling support group that is being formed in an effort to support funding for underage hurling development in the county
