SFC: Third quarter surge sees Dunboyne safely through to last four

St. Peters Dunboyne are the first team through to the Meath Senior Football Championship semi final after this eight point win over St. Colmcilles at Ashbourne.

The winners led 0-5 to 0-3 at the first water break and 0-8 to 0-6 at half time. 

Second half goals from Gavin McCoy and Stuart Lowndes sealed a comfortable win for Conor O’Donoghue charges who had opened up a 1-13 to 0-7 lead by the second water break.

They now await the winners of Donaghmore Ashbourne and Gaeil Colmcille.
