Mayo GAA Strategic Action Plan committee members

The full membership of the Mayo GAA Strategic Action Plan has been announced.
Ten committees are looking at various aspects of the workings of Mayo GAA. Each sub-committee will produce approximately six concrete recommendations.
The committee membership is published below, and email addresses are provided for clubs, other units of the GAA, and members of the public to make submissions.
"We have had a large number of submissions to date, which shows that Mayo people are genuinely passionate about GAA in the county, and we welcome further submissions. Every submission will be considered carefully," said Liam Horan, chairperson of the Mayo GAA Strategic Action Plan Steering Committee.

The recommendations of each sub-committee will be collated into a full document, which will be launched in mid-January. This document will then go before the February meeting of the Mayo GAA Board in the hope of gaining ratification as the county's official Action Plan. The committee may add an eleventh heading in the coming weeks.
From mid-January until the February meeting, GAA clubs throughout Mayo will be urged to discuss the recommendations, and the Steering Group will be holding a number of information meetings to facilitate this process.
