CLUB LOTTO

There was no jackpot winner in Naomh Fionnbarra & St. Anne's G.F.G. Lotto draw held on Wednesday 15th September. The winning numbers were 1, 4, 9 & 18. There were 5 match 3 winners Hamish Gillespie, Nicola Connor, Laura Woods, Kyle Treadwell & Heather Harmon who won €30 each. CLUB RESULTS

The U8's had their last blitz of the year last Sunday.  Well done to all involved during the year. The plasyers have made great improvements and have had great fun all year.  Well done to the U15 girls who took part in the Feile last weekend.  The girls beat St. Joseph's but then  lost to the Dundalk Gaels.  Well done to the U17 boys who beat Sean O'Mahonys/Dowdallshill/Na Piarsaigh in the 1st round of the B Championship.  The U15 Boys drew the 1st Round of the B Championship with Oliver Plunketts.  Hard luck to our Senior men who were beaten in the 2nd Round of the Intermediate Championship Group Stage on Saturday.  Hard luck to the Senior Ladies who were beaten by Gleann Martin in the 1st Round of the Intermediate Championship on Sunday.  Hard luck to St. Anne's/Blackrock/St. Brides combination who lost to St. Kevins in the U14 League final on Sunday.

 

LOUTH GAA CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

U12s dont require tickets.  All others require a ticket to gain entry to the grounds.  Unfortunately, whilst restrictions are still in place there won't be any concession tickets available.

 

GAA HEALTHY CLUBS PROGRAMME

The Healthy Clubs Programme is a GAA initiative that empowers clubs to deliver health and wellbeing information and programmes directly to their members and to the wider communities that they serve.  The Naomh Fionnbarra & St Anne’s healthy club sub-committee are seeking to get in touch with members of the Togher community who may have expertise in the below areas to join or consult with us as we take part in future projects. COUCH TO 5K

Naomh Fionnbarra & St Anne's Healthy Clubs sub-committee are delighted to be teaming up with Louth Local Sports Partnership, Dessie Murray Fitness & @caitlinrogancoaching in organising a Couch to 5k.  You don't have to be a member of the club to participate. Suitable for men and women beginners.

 

WALKING PROGRAMME

To co-inside with National Walking Day later this month and with the support of Get Ireland Walking, Sport Ireland and Louth Local Sports Partnership, we are also running a walking programme for all abilities. You don't need to be a member of the club to participate and men & women are both welcome.  Registration for both of these programmes will take place in John Markey Park, Ballygassan on Saturday 2nd October at 11:30am.  Please spread the word
