Killoe appeal to DRA successful

Killoe have successfully appealed a 48-week ban to the GAA's Disputes Resolution Authority which means they will be able to defend their Longford SFC crown.

The Young Emmets received the lengthy suspension after failing to pay a €750 fine over not fielding a team in an underage final earlier this year. 

Their appeal to the Leinster Council fell on deaf ears but the Longford Leader is reporting tonight that the DRA has overturned the decision.
