Hospital/Herbertstown GAA club notes

County Representatives:
Well done to Aaron Murphy who lined out in goals for Limerick in the first two rounds of the NHL and keeping up a great tradition of goalkeepers in the club was Diarmuid Quirke who was between the posts for the Limerick u/15 team last weekend. Also, best of luck to Kevin O'Donoghue with the Limerick 21 footballers as they continue their preperations for the upcoming Munster semi-final.
Senior Club
Round 1 of the ACFL takes place this Saturday at 5 v Pallasgreen at home.
Bord na nOg
U 6 and 8 indoor hurling on Thurs at 6 to 6.55. Club would like to thanks Ollie Coffey for a great indoor hurling training session with u 8s last week and Ollie is coaching u 6s this Thurs. U 12s 14s and 16s are all back training for year ahead. The u 12 hurling panel are after been chosen to go to Croke Park on Tuesday April 2nd to play 3 matchs there. Players and parents have been contacted all interested please give names to Gerry Ryan asap. Club will be running bus for this trip which should prove to be a great experience for all a stadium tour is also part of day. Membership form have been given to players who are back training and if they can be returned to team coachs please. Club have hurleys and helmet for sale at reduced rates and club would encourage players to get hurleys off club coachs so as to have correct size hurleys.
Clothes Collection:
HOSPITAL HERBERTSTOWN GAA will hold a clothes/phones & book collection in the GAA field on Good Friday 29th from 10 to 11am. Please support. Items can be given to any member at any time before this. Thanks in advance for your help.
Please donate all your clean unwanted clothes also bedlinen, towels, curtains, shoes, bags, belts and soft toys. MOBILE PHONES ARE ACCEPTED BUT PLEASE KEEP SEPARATE. BOOKS ARE ACCEPTED BUT NO SCHOOL BOOKS (TEXT OR COPY), MAGAZINES OR DIARIES.
