Intermediate championship 2013

In all fairness, there is no denying that GG is one of the greatest we ever ptoduced but saying that he was by far the best man on show over the weekend is taking things a step too far. I was at the game and yes he did produce a couple of moments of class and those 2 catches aside was no different to anyone else on the field. Ollie Lewis on Friday night and Gillespie on Sunday were 2 stand out performances

I don't think it's fair to say CnaG don't deserve to be where they are. Like any other team they have trained all year, worked hard and won games to get where they are!!! You do realise they had to win several other games to get to the semi final in the first place and that's what they have done so how could they not deserve it?! They played michaels already in the groups stages and won that day too, but I guess michaels are still better are they?! CnaG are having a fantastic year, also beating 2 senior teams in feis cup!!! Don't see how every thing was down to luck!! They could beat kells yet and give ye more to moan about!!! All this negativity is just jealousy, graham is possibly one of the best players the county has seen but it was a team effort with some great play from many of the other CnaG players around the field!!!!

CnaG to win!!!!!!

Agree 100% but i would add Dalton McDonagh to your picks as outstanding performances from the weekend he caused absolute havoc in the Tones defence and had a hand in the majority of Na Fianna's scores.

1494189 Glenny did ratoath not beat castletown

My God what is your agenda with Castletown? When someone says, "whoever beats Castletown will win it", any chap with a football brain realises they are on about the knockout stages, not the first round 5 months ago when Ratoath beat Castletown. If your from Offaly, go on that forum because you have made a show of yourself this year. Hope you donated that 1000 bucks too!!

Yea good man, you don't win champonships after the first round, and Castletown easily reversed that result against the Bracks this year, and don't start about who they had and who they did not have. Your knowledge on the game is brutal,

Easily reversed...lol,whatever makes you happy, sure you know yourself what happened before the game, anyways lots of leinster medals down here so when the mighty Castletown actually win something come back to me.Nothing only nearly Men is all you are.I told you yee were the worst team in the last 4 and i was right, only when kells eased off yee made it a bit respectable.Best of luck in 2014 ;)

Good man Eddie that buck is an awful clown any1 with half a brain wood know what I was saying I said the same last year and got the same rubbish back, Anyway, last verse
And now the match is over, and Castletown are bet,
And Kells will now be Champions, I hope you wont forget,
But Hurrah for Donal Curtis, Hurrah for all his men,
We hope they take the medals, when the finals come again,
Sure North and South all round about, each lad can toe the ball,
But Castletown, brave Castletown, you'r the Daddies of them all.

Oh I am sure every junior player dreams of the day of winning Junior Leinster club medals, the tournament were every club is dying from a hangover and played in backward grounds in atrocious conditions, its not as if Meath is not rife with them, Nobber, Tones, Ballivor, Bracks, Ratoath, Moynalvey and Longwood all previous winners but its the Bracks that like boasting about them. Castletown cant win that tournament because their not a junior club. Castletown stand 7th in the roll of honour of previous Meath SFC Champions, were are the Bracks on that list? Enough said!!

Forget about Castletown and The Bracks, Intermediate final on sunday week. Kells will probably be hot favourites again but that didn't work too well for them 2 years ago, still expect them to finally do it this time

Would ye quit with the 'my club's better than yours' nonsense, tis getting very tiresome! Why not, as Crawley suggested, talk about the intermediate final in the intermediate thread?

And so the embarrassment of mines better than yours continues within Meath club gaa . I'd know ballinabrackey very well and was delighted to see them do so well last couple of years. But I'm also very familiar with clan na Gael and cilles so let's wish al the best in final.
