I think kells should win the inter this year now good pace but I've learned over the years when all the hype is out on them to win it out they crumble and I think it mite happen yet again for kells Mr_Gilmore (Meath) - Posts: 28 - 19/09/2013 08:55:06 1484803 Link 0 |

Hank your Flipping dead right, Kells have to slight favourites, Michaels could be dark horses coming with a late run and thats what its all about who is getting on a run this time of the year, Athboy have to be outsiders.... but whoever beats Castletown if any1 will win it glenny (Meath) - Posts: 1119 - 19/09/2013 09:05:24 1484809 Link 0 |

Seen both Castletown and Kells last weekend and its a tough one to call. Don't think Castletown have good enough forwards for Senior and will fall short. But their Midfield and Defence is able to hold their own. Kells going well in the league and after Saturdays victory they will fancy the double at intermediate. Keys to Keegan , I'd assume your getting the post wrong , its not whose going to win the Keegan this Year , but whose going to win the Inter this year .... I'd say this is going to be close call in both Semi-Finals . Kells appear to have the pace however , they did get over Ratoath when , Ratoaths main talisman was on the side line looking on . The boost from not having Eamonn torment you during the game would have been a strong enough motivational tool for Kells to play out of their skins,.And I believe that is the case here. I think this will be Kells year after seeing both semi finals yesterday. They have a good full forward line with plenty of pace which always creates plenty of goal chances and they really should have had at least three more goals last night against Castletown. Jamie Shaw will be a big loss for Athboy in the final and they are just too reliant on Geraghty for the critical scores and plays. Many people have different views on him but what Graham has given to football in Meath in all levels over the past 25 years is very admirable and a great testament to his love for the game. I well remember the dashing runs out of defence from centre back when he won an All Ireland medals as a minor in 1990 and again in 1993 with the U21 team and it was just great to see the commitment and class that he displayed again yesterday in Pairc Tailteann. Two Kells players that stood out last night were Seamus Mattimoe and young Liam Ferguson and I would say were noticed by Mick O'Dowd as potential squad members. While GG given his age was the difference between the teams yesterday, I didn't think his or Clan na gaels overall performance were anything to get excited about, Michaels were better team and would have given Kells a better game, Kells will win final with a bit to spare i would think. Refereeing was shocking in Clans V Michaels match Analyst (Meath) - Posts: 1514 - 30/09/2013 10:05:21 1491699 Link 0 |

Gg is the best we ever produced and was by far the best player on any team this weekend. Its testimony to his sheer class but worrying for the future of Meath gaa royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 30/09/2013 18:53:28 1492330 Link 0 |

Don't think clan an gale deserved to get this far. We're a bit fortunate and will be found out in the final domeanne (Meath) - Posts: 106 - 01/10/2013 20:47:50 1493157 Link 0 |
