Actually shows how poor this lilly squad may be? We might have given them too much respect. I mean do they need sj to beat a injury hit meath

I just wish we had all our injured players available tomorrow because we would beat Kildare/Cavan. Hopefully the players that take to the field tomorrow will show determination and desire to beat them, even though we probably don't have enough in the tank to do so and thats just where we are at. I think any team who takes on Kildare this year are representing the country and the GAA. Not sure if Meath can do it, after all we have 12 injured, they have none and have the pick of the best players from two different counties.

We don't mind a hiding once we have 15 Meathmen on the pitch. KildareCavan are slightly ahead of us at the moment. Hope our young lads give it all they can, thats all we can expect. If KildareCavan get joy out of beating a team with 12 injured players, a manager nobody wants and 8 players U22, well good for you, because thats the only joy you will get. If you win tomorrow the Dubs Will HAMMER you in the final.

There are only 32 counties in Ireland and we're one of them. I hope you're better at football than you are at maths.

Really looking forward to this game, looking forward to watching the lads in Croke Park again. I don't think we have enough to beat Kildare but Its all on the day so you never know what will happen.

If Kevin Reilly does start which I've a sneaky feeling he will then that will give us a boost.

I was impressed with the Carroll lad against Carlow, he seems to have a bit of fight about him anyway.

Joe has been poor to date but always the chance he'll bag a goal or two so worth keeping in the team.

Conor Gillespie needs to pull the finger out, he's never impressed me when playing for Meath but hope he produces something tomorrow.

Were going up in 'hope rather than expectation' tomorrow but who knows.

Hon the lads.

yeah there are 31 counties wanting meath to win, the only county who doesnt is kildare, whats wrong with that? sure were obviously going to include meath fans wanting us to win, sure our own county is hardly against us now are they?

MeathMan09, I would have thought that Meath support for the Meath team was a given, ruling yourselves out of the that admirable show of support from the rest of the Country so to speak, or are things so bad in Meath these days that you can't count on home support?
