Castletown need great credit after the hammering they recieved in the 1st round, safely say they thought div 1 team v div 3 and never rated the bracks as a danger, however they git a rude awakening and have to be admired for the way they bounced back, the losers of michaels and na fianna will play the bracks in q/f so either team wont fancy that,i still think ballinlough are the team and whoever beats them will be champions.i expect a ballinlough bracks final with navan pitch in the bracks favour.

Can see anyone beating the bracks. With Carroll and O Connor they will be hard beaten.

what is the story with who goes straight into semi finals? is it the two teams of all the groups with highest points?

the teams top group A and group B go straight through to semi final. While the second in group A play runner up in group C and runner up in group B plays winner of group C

After the weekend results would I be correct with the following line ups?

Trim vs St.Michael's or Ballinabrackey
Na Fianna vs Ballinlough or Castletown

Any thoughts on who is fancied to win it out. The two teams that qualified directly to the Semi's seem to be strong judging on their results to date anyway

Ballinlough v Castletown should be a very good game. think the outright winner will come from this game.

I wouldn't say that. Trim seem to have beaten the lough very easily yesterday. And have more to give. And na fianna are flying. Your Way wrong about Castletown or ballinalough

Way wrong about Ballinlough or Castletown producing a good match between them? Why exactly?

I have to say, looking at the quarter final pairings, this grade really is anyones, I for one wouldnt back one team again another one.
Quick note, Cortown hosting the quarter final, surely there are better venues in Meath for this stage of the competition?
