I see you could have thrown a blanket over Ballinlough, Trim, Gaeil Colmcille and St. Colmcilles who all finished their Div 2. campaigns with virtually nothing to choose between them ... How on earth can Longwood even be in with a shout of qualifying from that Intermediate Group given that they are bouncing around in Div 4 ??? Good leaguer results means nothing come championship. Look at Div 2, BOTH bottom teams are progressing along nicely despite winning only 1 game! A lot of teams arent getting their players out for league matches. tackleberry (Meath) - Posts: 324 - 21/08/2012 12:19:58 1249128 Link 0 |

St Colmcille's V Ballinlough - Ballinlough seem to be on a roll so they should win this Crawley_JuniorD (Meath) - Posts: 211 - 28/08/2012 21:59:32 1254498 Link 0 |

Ive been right on 3 predictions so far anyway, Trim, Ballinlough and Castletown winning. Havoc Ballinabrackey hammered Castletown in the first round so The Bracks might as well be handed the cup if Castletown are as mighty as you say Crawley_JuniorD (Meath) - Posts: 211 - 01/09/2012 21:25:33 1257017 Link 0 |

ST.Colimcilles were very poor last night especially biggie reilly! So much for our county star! and Peader Byrne was brilliant! RossiesRock (Meath) - Posts: 369 - 02/09/2012 14:42:57 1257203 Link 0 |

looking at the games and results this weekend the real contenders are na fianna , ballinalough and ballinabrackey......cannot see any other teams getting close to these 3 teams 123anmhi123 (Meath) - Posts: 22 - 03/09/2012 19:54:40 1258514 Link 0 |

Serious wins for all 3 of them alright and id be fairly confident that one of them will lift the cup. Only other threat could be Trim Crawley_JuniorD (Meath) - Posts: 211 - 03/09/2012 20:02:52 1258528 Link 0 |

All teams left in this grade are in with a decent shout in my opinion. Castletown cannot be discarded from this group, either can trim or Saint Michaels. Very open this year again, with any one from the possible quarter final pairings given a real chance. Saint Michaels tipping along nicely also, recording conprehensive wins in all group games and getting a few players back in. Trim are a senior club just relegated, they will have their say also, no push over certainly. tackleberry (Meath) - Posts: 324 - 04/09/2012 08:36:05 1258644 Link 0 |

I telling ye dont rule out Cstletown whoever beats them will win it. Crawley remember April is long gone so dont read into that result. Its between them and Na Fianna. Na Fianna always seem to promise and then fail. Maybe like Mayo they have change of mindset. Havoc (Meath) - Posts: 296 - 04/09/2012 08:45:43 1258650 Link 0 |

Not to worry St Colmcilles the Laytown Races is coming up and Morans is not closing down so all involved will be very happy for another year scarraboy (Meath) - Posts: 70 - 04/09/2012 10:52:47 1258751 Link 0 |

Foley 91 - Yes they are 99% gone. Trim would need to beat Ballinlough by a cricket score for them to qualify StoneWall (Meath) - Posts: 34 - 04/09/2012 11:27:59 1258792 Link 0 |
