Meath V Louth Minor Football Championship

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Well this is on this Saturday @ 3pm in Haggardstown just outside Dundalk. Is there any word on the team yet? Its a bit unfair on the players playing this on a club championship weekend! anyway thats another Issue.

Whats the team like? I would say Louth will have a strong enough team out themselves .

Thanks for the correction, might take a spin down to see how they get on

Very optimistic meathonthehill, I hear this every year about the minor teams and the U21's and every year they flatter to deceive

It's reassuring to see our tax money is being put to good use on education!

It is the championship!!

Absolutely brilliant team?? If that's the case they should be challenging for an all-ireland,but people always over-rate our under-age teams, prob get beaten by Carlow or someone, maybe Louth will beat them.

Meath minors have the fight in them to beat Louth. Haven't heard what way the team are lining out.
Hope we win come on the royals.

Looking forward to the game too, should be a good one. It would nice to get another one over our wee neighbours.

I might even take a trip into Hanlon Machinery, that new John deere 6030 looks the buisness.

Lads seriously we are gonna have to stop over-rating our underage teams.. They way people where going on this team was brilliant etc..

Another short year for our minors. Disappointing.. Davy Dalton has had his turn time for somone else to have a go. Agree with the comment above time to stop overrating our minor teams..

Yeah I don't like saying it,but it did annoy me when people where saying we have a brilliant minor team this year.. Same old story,if they where brilliant they would be beating the likes of Louth..
