Folks reflecting back on last Sunday I have to say that a 2 point win did not flatter the team. They made things difficult for themselves and could have won by a couple of more points. However, having to gind it out over the last 10 minutes of the game will stand to them in the long run.

Looking forward to the next day I have to say that it is just great to have a Cavan team back in Clones for an Ulster Championship clash. This is the venue where Ulster Senior Football Championships are won.

I have no doubt that this team will put in a huge performance on the night and I expect them to defy the odds and make it to their first Ulster final since 2001.
