Looking back over the teams so far, seems like a lot of new faces each Month. Lads dont seem to be consitant enough to follow it up on a regular basis by the looks of it.
Having said that, Josh Hayes to me has been one of the most consistant this year but nomentioned.
Anyone else see players in games around the county they were at who stood out?

Dont know or care too much about that end of it, but think its a great idea. Great to show who the form players in the county are and reward the best that play throughout the year.
Like Conor Smith there being recognised for a cuple of very impressive showings last month. Still cant get over the Josh Hayes things tho, glaring ommision IMO.

You have to realise that two players were selected from each club at the start of the year and these are the only ones who are being considered. Every player will probably get on a team so that the host club can sell their tables for 500 euro. They want each club to take a table but they wont if they have no players picked.
It has nothing to do with form so don't be fooled.

Think your talking total horse poo mate. Sure theres been 3 different Killeshandra lads so far already, so that rebukes your view on it. Although I cant say I agree with 2 of them on recent showings, but I suppose its up to other lads to perform better.
It can be any player. as long as they are playing well enough.
So those 15 are the best inform players in our county at the minute. With the exception of Hayes whos impressed me.
As for fundraising. I couldnt really care less about that, This is a football forum and that my main interest here and I want to see who the best 15 in the county were at the end of the year. And anyway, doesnt everyone here be calling for a Christmas party for Hoganstand posters in Cavan. Couldnt we all go to this as our party. We could even put Tomsmith and Seanorinn beside each other at the same table....
Another thing I see in that team is the fact that there are no Gaels players good enough to make it. Have the gaels become a team totally reliant on a cuple of county men? Certainly seemed like that in last years quarter final and the proof is in the pudding here that none of them are recognised as being good enough to make the team of the Month.... tough cuple of Months ahead in Terry Coyle Park before the championship starts I think....
