Paddy power is only offering odds on 3 games this weekend, Killygarry v Gowna, Ramor v Redhills and Lavey v Denn.. Anyone know why they are giving odds on Ramor v Redhills and Lavey v Denn and not the rest of the games which are also dead rubbers?

They probably feel of the last SFC group games they are the toughest to call, even though they are dead rubbers.. In fairness they are both hard games to call, wont be much of a winning margin in either game.. In saying that suprised they didnt put out prices for Kingscourt/Gaels game which in my eyes will be a close one too, and despite it a dead rubber also, it will a hard-fought game, with Kingscourt looking to avenge last yrs defeat to the holders..

Maybe the rest of the prices will be up tomorrow

@Handpass1 - I doubt it, I have seen it before with other counties and in a similar scenario to what we have here, where there are a number of dead rubber games, and only a few of them are listed in the betting.. On the PP betting I fancy Gowna/Redhills/Lavey treble..

i just dont understand why they offer betting on some dead rubber matches and not the rest, as for your treble its impossible to predict the lavey/denn and ramor/redhills games, as for gowna/killygarry it will be the toss of a coin but i fancy killygarry to edge it..

Apart from the Gaels you would imagine Kingscourt will beat any of the other teams in the quarter finals, with or without the 2 lads

It would be a remiss not to mention the referee for this match and to wish her all the best.

Fair play Margaret, take no prisoners

If they have got one month and they are going to appeal it then that may not be correct.

Well done to Barry he must of had a case for its not easy to overturn a decision.

Surprised with Joe Dillon for he is one of our better players for the future and I expect he will have learnt a lesson from this result and be all the stronger for it the next time he lines out on the pitch. A quality young lad we Cavan need more like him coming through the ranks.

Sean, on what basis did barry reilly get his suspension thrown out?
I heard he verbally abused a referee and got a straight red, is this true? If so how on earth was his suspension overturned.

Joe dillon is a good footballer but I'd question his temperament, in the Cavan U21 game v roscommon he lost the head a bit, gave away a few stupid frees and got a yellow card, hyland took him off shortly after to save him from getting a red. He'll have to cut out the nonsense if he's going to continue progressing
