I reckon that the spirit of amalgamations is skewed now, it should be for clubs that cannot field teams and so gives the players football, it should not be for competitive clubs who are well able to field teams to win handy titles. The guys on the sidelines are more likely to leave the game and the dearth of players for that club,as a result, will manifest itself in their senior and junior ranks.

If ramor dont join with anyone. I don't think they have any chance of winning against the big teams like St. Joes, O' Raghalailligh gaels, Cavan gaels/ Killagarry, Castlerahan/Lavey, St. Finbarrs/laragh. My favorites for the championship would be Castlerahan/ Lavey, St. Joes & O'Raghallaigh gaels.
