I hope Minors are put on programmes along with u21s that is orientated around the movements and muscles being primarily used in their position of play on the field. Kerry do it, it is a simple, effective approach.
Minors and u21s need to get back to ulster finals. The draw however willhave a big bearing on this, but i believe we are just as good as whats out there. BELIEVE. The underage teams believed and achieved this year, dont stop now, full steam ahead!
Seniors need to be competetive and get to div2a. they are in 2b at the minute are they? I stand to be corrected on this. The new format proposed is being implemented in the nfl is it?
Another thing I would like to see is the lads from last years u21 that are no loger u21, backboning the team. Mcdermott, murray, and gearoid possibly barkey at 6, although i think his clubman mcenroe will be at 6. Anyway the u21s need to be conditioned, and given loads and loads of game time.
Ladies are having a spectacular year and hope they keep it going now. Will be hard to replicate the success next year but they are more than capable.

My posts have always been consistant, I believe the work being done at the Under 21 grade and the minor grade are the way forward. I congratulate success and effort.
I believe and still belived that the senior set up is fatally flawed. and that the person charged with bringing about change is incapable of doing so.

There is more than one way to skin a cat, Jim McGuinness took over a team that had played in Div1 and 2 for several years the current Cavan manager took over a team languishing in div 3

I believe he is taking the same approach as Roscommon by giving experience to the younger players, a painful strategy but more likely to succeed than expecting div 3 players to win Ulster.

Id expect us to set our stall out a lot higher than trying to copy Roscommon.. Giving experience to younger players is not a painfull stragegy but watching Cavan Seniors play with NO heart, NO guts, NO passion and NO clue is a VERY painfull experience.. But you Ochinlor think is ok because we are teambuilding... STILL... YES STILL... WE have played 35 minutes of football in 4 years and that was the famous comeback against Wicklow... But you seem happy with that.. happy with our level.. happy with our performances at Senior level,... WELL IM NOT AND THERE PLENTY OF POSTERS HERE ARE NOT HAPPY EITHER..SO I WILL CRITISE BECAUSE I PAY GOOD MONEY TO WATCH THESE SUBSTANDARD COUNTY PERFORMANCES..
