There's a host of live club football and hurling championship action on television this coming weekend.

TG4 will broadcast the Limerick SHC final between Patrickswell and Kilmallock at the TUS Gaelic Grounds on Sunday, 24 October (throw-in 3.45pm), this will be preceded by the Donegal SFC semi-final clash of holders Naomh Conaill and Kilcar (1.45).

20-time champions, the 'Well dethroned Na Piarsaigh to set up a first meeting with Kilmallock on this stage since 1992, while Naomh Conaill and Kilcar only met in the Covid-delayed 2020 decider two months ago - the Glenties won 4-2 on penalties - but a replay was ordered after it was found that the winners had made too many substitutes in extra-time. However, the replay was then postponed after Naomh Conaill were successful in appealing to the Ulster GAA Hearing Committee.

Meanwhile, on Saturday afternoon, RTÉ kickstart their live club coverage with the first two Mayo SFC quarter-finals featuring Westport versus Ballina Stephenites (throw-in 3pm) and 2020 champions Knockmore versus Ballintubber (5pm). Both games will take place at the Connacht Centre of Excellence in Bekan as MacHale Park remains out of bounds due to remedial works.
