Former Armagh star Oisin McConville believes Tyrone still have a good chance of retaining the Sam Maguire Cup this summer.
Having went down in a heavy defeat to Derry in the Ulster SFC quarter-finals at the start of the month, the Red Hands were drawn on Monday to face Kieran McGeeney’s Armagh in the qualifiers on June 5th at the Athletic Grounds.
Speaking to BBC Sport NI's The GAA Social , McConville said he wouldn’t put it by this Tyrone team to go all the way again as he described their recovery ability as “incredible”.
"I still think Tyrone have a good chance of winning the All-Ireland," said the 2002 All-Ireland winner.
He added: "I watched them in Killarney last year (after losing to Kerry by 16 points). They jumped on a bus and looked like Rag Ball United but they came out and won an All-Ireland a number of weeks later.
"Their powers of recovery are incredible."Tweet
