The Sigerson Cup moves indoors for the first time today when UL and Letterkenny IT meet in their Round 2 clash at the NUIG Connacht GAA Air Dome at 3.30pm.
It comes after the state-of-the-art facility in Bekan hosted all of the 2022 Connacht FBD League games which culminated in a victory for Galway last weekend. There are two other Round 2 games down for decision this evening - QUB take on NUIG in Whitehall Colmcille and MTU Kerry host MTU Cork. Both games have 7pm throw ins.
Meanwhile, the Fitzgibbon Cup gets underway tomorrow when Mary Immaculate College Limerick take on UCC, UCD face NUI Galway, Maynooth University host DCU and WIT clash with IT Carlow.
The finals of the premier third-level GAA competitions will take place in IT Carlow, with eight deciders across various grades to be held over five days between February 16-20.
