Hopefully it's not true about mcgill but he did go down holding his shoulder after a heavy challenge at training on sunday morning. I think micko now needs to go down on bended knee to get Bryan menton back into the squad to replace mcgill for the louth game

Menton won't be back sadly.Thing is McGill was poor in the league,but in his defence he was out for months and MOD just plunged him back straight away.On the otherhand we don't have another full back.I can see Keoghan playing there now..

PP is a very intense stadium with tight pitch , so will be loud especially if Louth bring there soccer crowd and will be well up for this game .
I get the feeling they are much better prepared this year

Bear10: for me O'Rourke should not on that team after his antics over the last few years. Really this must be the poorest Meath team in living memory, hard to feel any sense of excitement leading up to this match, either way the winner is facing a hiding from the Dubs.

Jaysus Bear 10 thats a woegus team. Look at the ff line, would be the weakest of any county team in Ireland, NY or London I'd say. I take it you are a Na Fianna man...

didn't realise that a few were injured. a pity especially with mcgill just can't see any other keeper than o rourke as lad from Oldcastle not strong enough in my opinion . Maybe Carry Lynch from Kells deserves a callup even to bench . I think our best players in this leinster campaign will be Keoghan , o brien ; rooney , c o Sullivan and mcdonagh. think Newman is a confidence player and should play some part in championship , fairly good free taker
