At game last night first half our kickouts not working all in our own half looked terrible. Hats off to management thou got it spot on second half.plenty to work on but with no real club football now we could get a run goin in championship. This thread would be better served discussing who's actually on the panel and what the prospects are of overturning a good Kildare team who beat us at the same juncture last year. The competition is what it is and realistically the Co Board can't be blamed too much for its lack of attention to it considering many other counties and in fact a province don't even bother entering. There's a plethora of quality eligible players the length and breadth of the county and having had an association with the grade in the past I'm well aware of the number of players who shun the opportunity to turn up for a trial for various reasons. Having said that, it's a fine panel of 30 odd players they've assembled so quit grumbling, get in early on Sunday week and shout the lads on to glory!
