
After suffering their first defeat of the competition last Sunday in Cork, Robbie Brennan’s charges will look to get back to winning ways in round 5. The Royals face another tricky away assignment this time in Newbridge against Kildare. The Lilywhites have three points from their opening four games.
The senior hurlers got back on track last Sunday in Trim with a win over Derry. Johnny Greville brings his troops to Adrian Freeman Memorial Park in Tooreen to take on bottom of the table Mayo.
After a win over Westmeath in the opening game, the Meath camogie squad will be looking to bounce back from their round 2 defeat to Kerry last Saturday when they entertain joint table toppers Laois at Ashbourne.
The Meath senior ladies got back to winning ways last Sunday in Dungarvan with a narrow win over previously unbeaten Waterford. Wayne Freeman’s charges will be looking to pick up their third win of the campaign when they travel to the Kildare GAA Centre of Excellence in Hawkfield (10 minute drive from St Conleth's Park where the mens team play Kildare later in the evening).
