Eoin Brislane has been appointed as the new Turloughmore senior hurling manager.
The former Tipperary star takes the reins after being in charge of Limerick side Monaleen for the past four years. He led them to an All-Ireland club IHC title in his first year at the helm and to two Limerick SHC quarter-final appearances in 2024 and ’25. In addition, they won all five of their group games this year to secure promotion to Group 1 of the Limerick SHC for 2026.
Despite their progress, Brislane vacated the Monaleen hotseat last month and has now been installed as manager of Turloughmore, who were beaten at the semi-final stage of this year’s Galway SHC by eventual champions Loughrea.
