Dunsany celebrate with the Peter McDermott Cup at Pairc Tailteann

After losing nine county finals since 1972 Dunsany finally got their hands on the Meath Junior Football Championship title on Sunday October 21st.

Eoin Harkin lit up the low scoring decider as favourites St. Vincents were defeated at a stormy Páirc Tailteann. Kevin Cahill’s charges came through Group C unbeaten, accounted for Ballinlough in the quarter final and overcame last year's Junior B champions Slane in the semi final.
