Cork GAA is charging €3,000 for a table of 10 at next week’s All-Ireland hurling final preview.

Hurling fever has gripped the Rebel County since last Sunday’s defeat of four-in-a-row All-Ireland champions Limerick and the county board is determined to make the most of it by organising two events aimed at raising funds for team development.

Hosted by One Cork, ‘The Warm Up’ evening takes place in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh next Wednesday, July 17 and includes a drinks reception sponsored by Heineken, a four-course meal with guest speakers, including Jimmy Barry-Murphy. A “half forward table of 10” costs €1,500, while the ‘full forward table of 10’ will set punters back €3,000.

Cork GAA are also charging €175 a ticket for the post-match banquet in Dublin’s Clayton Hotel.
