Former London football manager Ciaran Deely has taken up a coaching and performance role with his native Wexford.
Deely spent four years in charge of the Exiles before stepping down in 2019. The ex-Wexford captain is a sport scientist at the Queens Park Rangers FC Academy and is looking forward to working with his former team-mate John Hegarty, who has taken over as manager from Shane Roche.
"Some great work happening there with a top manager in John Hegarty and a really great bunch of lads," he tweeted.
TweetDelighted to be finally back involved with the @OfficialWexGAA Senior Football Team on the coaching & performance planning side after 12 years away from the team
