The All-Ireland club SHC semi-finals will be played as a double-header at Croke Park on Sunday, December 18 - the same day as the World Cup final.

St Thomas' and Dunloy will meet in the first semi-final at 1.30pm, with Ballygunner and Ballyhale Shamrocks facing off in the second at 3.30pm in what is a repeat of last season's decider. The second semi-final will clash directly with the World Cup final which kicks off in Qatar at 3pm and is likely to have an impact on the attendance.

Croke Park wasn't available to host the hurling semi-finals on Saturday, December 17 as the All-Ireland club camogie finals were already fixed for GAA HQ on that date, while there is also a wedding in the St Thomas' club that day.
