If I remember correctly Corduff played a 14 or 15 year old in the Ulster final, who scored a goal or two in the game At the time you weren't allowed to pay players under the age of 16. Yeah there was uproar over that I recall. The clubs were told they could not play players below that age. Swad were injury hit and had flu through the camp, and had a good underage team and decided not to use some of those players although some of them were big and looked ready. Corduff turned around and then used an underage player. Kind of thing that if it was a once off they might have let it go. But when they were specifically told this and Swad held to it, then yeah I can see why they appealed.
