I was told Martin Reilly is injured if thats true I think this game could be a draw
Not sure if Gowna will be a push over team and don't be surprised if this game also ends in a draw.
Kingscourt will not be an easy team to beat and I expect a Kingscourt win but if they hear how scores are going else where they might well draw to change the table.
Shercock now this a must win game to have any chance so I am giving Shercock the win.
Castlerahen should have an easy game here as Ballinagh are not able to qualify.
Lacken V Cavan Gaels It will be a brave man to call this game but if the Gaels come out to play as we know they can they might surprise but Lacken all ready qualified would rather send the gaels packing now for fear they might meet them 1st V 8th.

Cavan Gaels by 9 I cannot see that happening especially against Lacken. Lavey by 7 thats also a high score it will be interesting to see how it goes

I just think the gaels will do what needs to be done and I believe they need a reasonably big win to ensure a place in the last 8, it helps them that Lacken are through already and may rest a few key men who are carrying knocks

Well today is the day to get your results to be in the last eight for one Ballinagh it does not matter for Castlerahan and Lacken they are sure of the last 8 I expect 3 others are sure also but for others it's the most important day of their season are in the 1/4 final stages or are we in relegation play off. To all the best of luck and looking forward to getting the results from around the county. Then tonight Intermediate matches it will be interesting to see how that goes again the best of luck.

Looks like the gaels are hammering Lacken so the 7 points are going to be easy got as they are 13 up at half time . Looks like Killygarry are in trouble so Cootehill are in with a shout of making the top 8 along with the Gaels if things go to plan. Cootehill are 3-05 to 0-07

Ahem....I hate to boast, but didn't I tell you to write off the Gaels at your own peril.

Looks like we found our mojo, it's now down to the rest to put it up to us.

That new Breffni Park sod looks very inviting.

I wouldn't be one for conspiracy's but Lacken getting hammered puts them in a much better position than they started today with!

I don't normally agree with you but it looks like it has worked out fine if what I see is correct. are they now seeded to meet the gaels in the simi final if they win or is their an open draw from for the simi final matches if yes they will meet the gaels if both win in the semi final and if what I hear is true they would be playing a different Lacken team.
Crosserlough V Ramor
Castlerahan V Kingscourt
Gowna V Gaels
Lavey V Lacken

Not sure how the semis work Sean but Lavey would be the easiest draw no disrespect intended. Lacken could find themselves in a final yet

Yeah i don't think Lacken were overly bothered about today, they'll be a different animal in the quarters and i'd expect them to make the semis and maybe even a final. their best 15 is as good as anyone in it.

I was at the Lacken game and they had a weaker team out than i seen them play earlier in the championship. Going by a few of their locals a lot of this was from resting a few that had injuries since they were already through and not about working the league table as someone said here. They should beat Lavey but if they dont have players back they will struggle as they did today. Gaels will be confident after today and I fancy them still
