John Crowley has returned as manager of Sarsfields - 12 years after leading them to Cork SHC glory.
He takes over from Barry Myers after Sars failed to emerge from a strong SHC group that included eventual winners St Finbarr's and runners-up Blackrock. Crowley has enjoyed success at all levels with the Riverstown club and also delivered a Premier IHC title to Ballinhassig in 2012.
Sars' last appearance in a Cork SHC final ended in defeat to Glen Rovers in 2015.
At last weeks Sars Committee meeting John Crowley was appointed Sarsfields Senior Manager for 2023.
