I hope they have something more on their minds tomorrow night than a silly quote like that…!!!!

I share your optimism. As the saying goes "a bird never flew on one wing" and I think there's a lot of truth in that where these Tyrone lads are concerned. Mickey is the proverbial "old dog for the hard road" and he'll have Tyrone's number. "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Its all to play for and please God we have our ducks in a row and our geese in one proud heap. cavanman47 (Cavan) - Posts: 5194 - 10/01/2022 11:08:40 2394352 Link 0 |
I don't think the result of a meaningless McKenna Cup game will worry these Tyrone lads too much…especially as they are only getting of a flight a couple of hours before hand…. They have bigger and more important fish to fry…. and so have we…. Leitrim

Not all of them went, and them lads will probably play along with new lads, just guessing.

Believe me, reigning All Ireland Champions and getting hockeyed by 15 points will hurt them regardless of what competition they played in and who was missing from the team. Ask any Tyrone supporter or player!

Won't worry them on little bit… just like shipping 6-16 v Kerry in Division 1 last season… Oh and who ended up All Ireland champions…?? I'd say a McKenna Cup defeat won't cause them many sleepless nights…!!!
