Minor Championship
Oliver Plunketts met Eastern Gaels (Bailieboro/Knockbride) in the minor championship in Terry Coyle Park on Wednesday evening last. This was a rip-roaring game with each set of forwards bang in form. There was never much separating the sides. Oliver Plunketts finished better and have qualified to meet favourites Ramor United in the semi-final. Well done to all.
Under-16
Well done to our under-16s on their away victory over Crosserlough on Saturday evening last. They have qualified for the semi-finals where they will meet league champions Ramor United. Congratulations and best of luck to all.
Under-14
Our under-14s met county champions Laragh United in Terry Coyle Park on Thursday last. Exchanges were even going into the final quarter. We had a few goal chances but failed to capitalise. The visitors finished the stronger team to run out deserving winners in the end. Well done to our players and management for the improvement our team has shown.
