Regional Feile na nGael 

Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club was a participating club in a Regional Feile na nGael event, which took place at Raharney on Saturday June 22nd. In group phase fixtures of Division 2 of a Regional Feile na nGael Cup competition, Lough Lene Gaels played fixtures versus, St Lawrences (Kildare), Swatragh (Derry) and Portlaw (Waterford).

The results of those fixtures were,

Lough Lene Gaels 2.05 St Lawrences 0.01,

Lough Lene Gaels 1.07 Swatragh 0.04

Lough Lene Gaels 4.10 Portlaw 0.01

Subsequently, Lough Lene Gaels would lose out in a Division 2 cup semi final fixture to The Harps (Laois).

Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club extends its warm and sincere congratulations to both its U15 panel of players, and the team management, for not only the progress that was made in this Regional Feile na nGael Camogie Competition, but for the manner in which they represented Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club.

Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club extends its warm and sincere congratulations to Castletown Geoghegan Camogie Club on winning a  Regional Feile na nGael Camogie Sheild competition at Raharney on Saturday June 22nd, a great achievement.

All Ireland Intermediate Camogie Championship 

Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club extends its sincere commiserations to Westmeath on a Round 3 defeat in a Divisional phase fixture of the All Ireland Intermediate Camogie Championship, played v Galway on Saturday June 22nd. This fixture was played at Athens  Lough Lene Gaels Camogie Club was represented on the Westmeath starting XV by Caoimhe McCrossan.
