A number of Kilkenny GAA stars have shared health and well-being messages on Twitter over the past few days.
Tommy Walsh, Michelle Teehan and Claire Phelan were amongst those to share their tips on how to help health and mental well-being during the lockdown period.
There's also a message from Dr. Tadgh Crowley, Kilkenny Team Doctor and GP in Ayrefield Medical Centre, who explains how he manages his mental wellness using an acronym MELTED.
