Cargin and Lamh Dhearg must meet again to determined who will be Antrim senior football champions for 2019.
A late converted Tomas McCann free left the scoreboard in Corrigan Park reading Cargin 1-10, Lamh Dhearg 0-13 at the final whistle.
Lamh Dhearg only booked their place in the final on Monday after defeating Portglenone at the third time of asking to set up a meeting of the last two winners.
The 2017 champions capitalised on wind advantage to build up a 0-7 to 0-3 half-time lead.
Michael McCann’s 47th minute goal brought holders Cargin right back into contention and Tomas McCann sent over the equaliser in the third minute of added time.
