Apologies I promise you a member of the CCC made a remark to me re this situation but obviously they hadn't trashed it out in an appropriate meeting! I think its a harsh rule paricularly on the Rock who had such a great season - say galbally go out and beat them in the championship and then they doot get promoted through the playoffs - Players would be SICK!

Anyway thems the rules - Congrats to Edendork - Most (Joint) Consistent team in the division this year!

PS - Good to see the tones do the championship double over them with a great win in the stiffs championship last night!

DiscoStu......how many times do you want Edendork to beat the Rock ??? They have already beat them in the league (in the Rock)...along with Kildress and and 11 other teams....deservedly league champions!!!!

Have to laugh at the joy Kildress take at beating Edendork stiffs in the championship....who really cares.....

Stewartstown v Augher - AUGHER Great win last day out against Clann na Gael, think they will be too strong for Stewartstown.
Kildress v Urney - KILDRESS although Urney will fancy themselves going on another run like last year.
Rock v Galbally - ROCK Have to go for my club. Having just lost out on the league I feel we still have it in us to win this game. The disappointment will drive us on.
Loughmacrory v Eskra - ESKRA to just edge a tight game

"as i said before Kildress love winning championship games"

I suppose when you don't win that many, it becomes a special feeling alright...

No disrespect to Stewartstown but I was slightly surprised by last nights result, especially after seeing the way Augher demolished Clan NaGael in the previous round but fair play to Stewartstown

Kildress were very good and will be threat now in the semis and id fancy them to maybe win the thing overall. Urney though were very poor and johnny lafferty wasn't in the game at all.

we beat augher earlier in the season and finished above them in the league. augher were seemingly favourites cos they beat clann na gael but tell me this - when was the last time clann na gael won a championship match? and have augher a better championship record than us in recent times? people predicting an augher win were lazy and didnt look at the facts.

Harp, I was at the game and the fact is you were very lucky; with 8 minutes left Augher were winning and they got their no 11 (probably their best player) harshly sent off and this changed the course of the game. So people predicting an Augher win were not lazy, they wern't expecting a poor refereeing decision.

lucky? what game were u watching? apart from first 5 mins and 10 minute spell in 2nd half, we dominated the rest of that game and should have won by more.

and imo the augher no.11 was lucky not to get a straight red for a very bad challenge in the 1st half.

as for the remark "Augher wernt playing junior championship football" - since 2005 we have played 18 intermediate championship games in tyrone/ulster and have won 12, drew 2 and lost 4.

my point is that we should be getting a bit more respect from others.
