Leinster MHC: O'Moore lads book semi-final ticket
May 18, 2013
Laois 4-16
Offaly 0-13
Laois encountered little difficulty in booking a place in the last four of the Leinster MHC against Offaly at Portlaoise.
The O'Moore County hit the ground running when Stephen Bergin goaled after just three minute and the game was effectively over as a contest at the halfway stage when they led by 3-9 to 0-5.
Joe Campion and John Lennon also found the back of the Offaly net during the opening 30 minutes and Bergin added their fourth with time almost up.
Laois now look forward to a semi-final meeting with Wexford on June 22.
