Do-or-die for minor hurlers
May 17, 2013
After losing heavily to Dublin last time out, Offaly's minor hurlers enter the last chance saloon tomorrow when they face Laois.
The local derby encounter, which throws in at 5.15pm, will act as the curtain-raiser to the Leinster SHC clash between Laois and Antrim. Offaly and Laois met in a challenge match a few weeks again which the O'Moore County won comfortably, but Faithful manager John Leahy was without a number of regulars on that occasion.
Offaly will be without Kilcormac/Killoughey stalwart Cillian Kiely for tomorrow's game, but will have Rian Kelly back for what promises to be a tough assignment.
