Offaly manager Joe Dooley could be without two key players for his side's Leinster Senior Hurling Championship opener against Antrim next month.

Wing-forward Daniel Currams suffered a broken finger at the weekend against Tipperary and is a big concern for Dooley, while defender Stephen Egan could also miss out after breaking his nose in the late defeat to the Munster champions.

The news comes as a blow to Dooley, who recently welcomed back Brendan Murphy to training after a back injury ruled the versatile figure out of the Faithful County's NHL campaign in Division One.
