The death took place recently of Mr Paddy Dolan, Ballyduff, Geashill at his residence. Paddy was a very popular man and a highly respected member of the community. He was involved with Ballinagar GAA club for many years. Paddy loved a game of whist. Though he had been unwell at different times in the last few years, he was always positive and had a great outlook on life. He was a great husband and family man and reared a large family. Interment took place in the adjoining cemetery after Requiem Mass in St Josephs Church, Ballinagar. The attendance at the obsequies reflected the esteem in which the deceased was held. Sincere sympathy is extended to his wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, his brother, other family members, relatives and friends. Offaly Express, 15th July 2009 Tweet
