Division  3 League

Daingean defeated Rhode  in the Division 3 League final last Friday evening on a score-line of 0-17 to 0-13.

Rhode started this match at a blistering pace and after 15 minutes were in front by 8pts to 2pts. However, it was then that Daingean started to get a foothold in the game and they kicked the next 6pts without

reply, leaving the match level at halftime.
At the start of the 2nd half Daingean were the team to the fore and held a commanding lead of 16pts to 9pts by the midway point of the half. Daingean went on to win by 4pts and are promoted to Division 2.
