Well done to Killanny

(Oldest Posts First)

If anyone decided to check out the intermediate final in Corduff today, you saw a great match. High pace, strong hits, some brilliant running, excellent mixture of hand passing and long balls. Inniskeen and Killanny should both be proud of that performance.

Just seen the result this evening, forgot all about it tbh but what an achievement by Kilanny, fair play to the club and best of luck in senior next year!

The biggest story of the club season has to be Killanny going directly from junior to senior in 2 seasons. It's a big achievement considering how strong Monaghan club football is. The players deserve huge credit for beating Tyholland and Inniskeen, a team that were senior last year. I've heard great reports about their manager Andy Callan, serious professionalism and motivation brought to the club. Heard a rumour that he could be in with Dinky McBride in the U21 setup.
