Under the terms of the season ticket. All season ticket holders are meant to have covered seating. Mine is for pat mcgrane was hoping for the shade of the stand like in Belfast and against cavan.

Hi Shaggylegend, picked up the following from GAA website regarding Season Ticket Seating. Doesnt mention covered or uncovered and the words "wherever possible" are nicely tucked in there. Bring the factor 50 and a straw hat.

"You will be entitled to access to the stand for your county's matches wherever possible. If there is no reserved seating, seats will be available in the stand on a first come, first served basis. For matches where the stand is ticketed, the section is pre-determined. For example, for most Croke Park fixtures you will be seated in 304 or 305 in the Cusack Stand.

You will be guaranteed a seat in a stand for any all-ticket Provincial Championship matches, All-Ireland Quarter Finals, All-Ireland Semi-Finals and any other matches in Croke Park involving your county. You may be required to confirm your attendance and print your seat numbers on-line in advance for these matches. On-line confirmation has no impact on the cost to you."

Row 27 is too close to the front?! I'm row E so I think you should count yourself lucky!

I can't understand why the people who attend the most games during the year do not get tickets for the Gerry Arthur stand..!!!! The tickets are not even centre of the field in the PatmcGrane. Lousy treatment by the GAA.

I don't have a season ticket but I totally understand the frustration of those that do.
Really season ticket holders should get the best seats in the house.

Overall though it's a good initiative from the GAA.
At least you'll be guaranteed a seat at the All Ireland final, now you just need the Monaghan boys to produce a couple of shock results!

Hope they do the business Sunday, them lads would have a provincial medal by now if they were in any other province.

My apologies to the Ulster Council, The season tickets seats for yesterday were a massive improvement on the last Monaghan V Tyrone Ulster final. They were in the centre of the Pat McGrane and for me it was a better option than on the wings of the Gerry Arthur.... Thank You..

Good point but I think that it only entitled us if the seniors were in it but they might fit us in as they will be glad to see Croke Park at full capacity.By the way my ticket was excellent for the Ulster final center of the Pat Mc Grane stand ,glad it did not rain though.
