Very impressed with a few castlebar lads, douglas and kirby definately deserve a league game or two. One area i think we need to look at is breeding one or two new goalkeepers Clarke is getting on now and rob needs to be challenged. Any possibilities?

I have to agree with you riverboys. Mayo have had nothing at U21 for the last number of years. We need to start looking at building from the U21 grade into the senior team. When that U21 team won the all Ireland in 2006 / 07 it lifted the whole county and some of the players, approximately 7, moved into the senior set up. Should the new senior football manager also have a say in the U21 set-up

Evan Regan of Ballina,Brian Reape of Moy Davitts, Paul Walsh[ Kiltimagh midfielder I think],definetly Michael Forde of Ballycastle good player with a great attitude, and for God sake bring back Conor Mortimer. Why bring the Mort back?
We need an alternative to the battering ram approach of O Shea in certain games and at certain times in a game. Truth is since Mortimer left we havent had anything better. There was nothing better in Mayo this season at any level of the Championship.

With all the revelations about senior people in the IFA and what they've been paid, I feel we should know exactly who gets what at the middle and top in the GAA. We're the people who make the organisation, take nothing but pay our dues along with the clubs, etc. A lot of senior people on the payroll in the GAA are young enough, have pensions from ex goverment jobs and are on exactly what sort of salaries and expenses? It's something we need to know.

So any new players catch the eye this year that Rochford will want to have a look at?
