Tayto is so right about Gortletteragh, and I do wish them well but the referees biggest flaw is the consistency towards the tackle, I would just like to see a rule where every referee is not tolerant of a physical tackle that is legal or else they are very tolerant. But every one of them have a different view on it and this makes it so hard on players. I think if Leitrim referees decided to penalise everything other than a clean tackle then when the referees from outside the county are more lenient players could raise the physical stakes to suit. But as it is, too much time spent arguing with referees, most clubs focus on the upper end of physicality with the tackle. Most coaches if they watch Tyrone disposess players in posession or even better was Keoghan of Meath this year, an art that will ensure very few frees conceded and very annoying for the opposition.

Great to see the last 2 posts answering each other!

Silage your spot on again however players do not get a fair chance in the ball

Mainly due to the fact that they are not in this "click" that "they" speak of

I said it before and i will say it again pull off a perfectly good wing forward when a game is being lost in the middl and back line

But b sure to leave the family on the field

That's the problem with Leitrim club football in a nutshell

That's what I'm saying all along

All that's wrong is these other lads will never see Connacht their clubs wouldn't win an argument with each other never mind a Connacht club championship game

Good luck gortletteragh

Just on 94allstars comment on if st brigids met carrigallen,Allen Gaels or kiltubrid they'd be ashamed to come back after the beating they'd get.....kiltubrid brought them to a replay in 05.....if you're beloved gortlettragh manage to be within 10 of Charlestown in the INTERMEDIATE itl be a minor miracle

Glad to see some posters, the majority in fact can still smell a rat and are not taken in by lies and peoples vendettas.
